It is not an acai bowl, because it does not contain acai. This version is for coffee lovers. Make it vegan, by using plant based protein powder. Make it paleo by using egg or beef protein powder. Otherwise, we used whey in this version. Now that we’ve got that sorted out, it is however high in protein, because protein powder is used in this version. It is also gluten free and no sugar added!
